Born at high altitude in the heart of Colorado, our bakery started as a kitchen experiment fueled by too much coffee, a deep love of carbs, and the dream of bringing warm, nostalgic comfort to busy lives. What began as cinnamon rolls shared with friends has grown into a full-blown bakery brand (with a few cookbooks along the way!).
We specialize in small-batch, high-altitude treats that are as bold as they are buttery — no shortcuts, no fluff (except maybe in the frosting). Everything is made from scratch, wrapped in intention, and delivered with a side of sass.

Welcome to On the Run: Baked Goods! I’m Tina Smith, the head baker and passionate creator behind our delightful treats. My journey began in my dad's kitchen, where I developed love for baking, inspired by his encouragement. Now, while raising my two wildflowers and supported by my husband, I continue to craft unique takes on traditional baked goods, sharing joy and deliciousness with our community.
