Cancellation Policy

🍰 Baking Class Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy At On the Run: Baked Goods, we take pride in creating thoughtful, hands-on baking experiences for all ages. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all participants, please review our class policies below: 🗓️ Booking Policy Advance Booking Required: All classes must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Full Payment Due at Booking: Your spot is secured only once full payment is received. Liability form must be completed before baking can begin. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 72+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the class will receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. 24–72 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this window are eligible for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule (subject to availability). Less than 24 Hours Notice or No-Show: No refunds or rescheduling available. Private Events or Parties: Require one week’s notice for cancellations or changes. Deposits are non-refundable after that time. ⏳ Waitlist Policy Join the Waitlist: If a class is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist via our contact form or email. Notification: If a spot opens, we’ll notify the next person on the list in order of request. You’ll have 12 hours to confirm before we offer it to the next person. No Payment Until Confirmed: You won’t be charged unless you accept and confirm the spot. 👩‍🍳 Additional Notes Illness Policy: Please do not attend if you or your child are feeling unwell. We’ll do our best to reschedule with adequate notice. Class Age Requirements: Please confirm age requirements before booking. Some sessions are for youth only, adult duos, or all-ages.
